These terms and conditions are valid and binding for all performances held at the Radost Theatre. By purchasing a ticket the spectator accepts these terms and conditions.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
The purchase of a ticket establishes a contractual relationship between the spectator and the Radost Theatre. The contractual relationship between the spectator and Radost Theatre and the rights and obligations arising therefrom are governed by the relevant legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and by these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the contract concluded between the spectator and Radost Theatre.
TICKET SALES
The spectator can apply a discount on the ticket price if he/she meets the conditions for the discount. The Radost Theatre staff is entitled to ask the spectator to provide the documents on the basis of which the discount is to be granted. A spectator may only apply one type of discount per ticket at a time.Multiple types of discount cannot be combined with each other. The discount can only be applied to designated Radost Theatre performances. All ticket orders are binding. Once an invoice has been issued, the type and date of performance or the number and type of tickets cannot be changed. The ticket can be returned to the Radost Theatre box office during the opening hours of the box office, no later than 3 days before the performance to which the ticket relates. Tickets purchased online can be returned no later than 3 days before the performance in question. Notification of the return of tickets must be received by e-mail: info@webticket.cz . The money for the returned tickets will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. Immediately after the purchase of the ticket, the spectator is obliged to check the accuracy of all the information on the ticket. Any complaints will not be taken into account afterwards. The spectator is obliged to keep the ticket safe and protect it from external influences. Radost Theatre is not liable for any inconvenience or damage or injury caused by unauthorised copying of the ticket.
CHANGE OF PROGRAMME
Radost Theatre reserves the right to change the programme of the performance.In the event of a change or cancellation of a performance, up-to-date information regarding the alternative performance and the possibility of returning purchased tickets is published on the Radost Theatre website www.divadlo-radost.cz and in the theatre premises.In the event of cancellation or substitute performance, the spectator is not entitled to compensation for the costs associated with travel to the performance, accommodation, meals, etc.
RESTRICTIONS
No bottles, cans, food, weapons, narcotics, or other substances or items that may interfere with the smooth operation of the performance are allowed in the theatre.
Taking your own photographs, audio or video recordings during the performance is prohibited. If a spectator arrives late to the performance, they will be seated in the auditorium as directed by the theatre staff.
DATA PROTECTION
Radost Theatre collects, processes and stores personal data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations arising from the conclusion of a contract with the spectator. The Radost Theatre is entitled to this processing on the basis of Section 5(2)(b) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, even without the express consent of the spectator. When registering and purchasing tickets via the Radost Theatre website, the spectator gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data for business purposes and evaluation of the sales system.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The Spectator gives consent to Radost Theatre and third parties to make and publish any form of recording of the performance in which he/she is depicted or can otherwise be identified, without any claim for compensation. By presenting the ticket on entering the venue, the spectator agrees to the Radost Theatre's operating rules, the organiser's instructions and the conditions attached thereto.
If any provision of these terms and conditions has become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. Radost Theatre reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall come into force and effect on 1 January 2017.
